To seek Federal funds for public elementary schools, contact your district person in charge of grants. This may include the Director of Curriculum, and Technology or Grants Coordinators. Ask for grant availability for Federal Title Funding--improving academic achievement (Title 1, part A), pre-school programs, after-school programs, and supplemental instructional media-- to name a few possibilities.
